So many kids, I don't know what to do.

I love...........

......................Mondays.

Well, every other Monday at least.

Every other Monday one of my favorite people comes over.
Her name is Zoila.
She is the Cleaning Lady.
I love her.

Look at the clean towels and blankets.

They are fresh and fluffy.

There are no boogers on the blankets. (I assume they are booger free because I beat the kids home.)

Here is Tanner's room. Clean. It smells better than he usually does.
(Check out that 28 3/4 inch trout Tanner caught this summer. Can you see it?)

Yes. I am perfectly capable of cleaning my house. Yes. Sometimes I do feel bad that we spend money on this.

Here is the girls' room. Look at those vacuum marks. The woman is an artist.

As I was saying. I could clean. I am not a bad house cleaner when I do it. I just feel my time could be better spent cooking, or taxi-ing the kids, or playing with them, or chasing them around taking their picture, or forcing them to go for a walk with me, or pestering The Coach.

It is so worth it to come home and know that everyone's sheets are clean on the same day. So good to know there is nothing rotting in an obscure trashcan. It smells so clean.

I could do it.
I would do it.

She vacuums the stairway.
I would never do that.

After she is done the house stays clean for at least.................
............five minutes.

I made the mistake of running to use the bathroom alone. Forty-seconds later I came out to this.
Oh well. I do know how to sweep.
( What is this baby's obsession with pet food?)

Also the cleaning might cut into my blogging. Hook up here and discover some awesome blogs today.

  5. Dropping by from Tuesday Blog Hop. I have a wonderful babysitter who comes twice a week to watch my toddler (while I take a language class)and I have to say, they are the best days of the week. She'll fold laundry and do/put away dishes while my middle guy sleeps and oh, the luxury. I feel like the luckiest lady alive on those days.

  6. Could I borrow Zoila for a week or so? That's how long it would probably take her to get our place into shape.

  7. Oh man, what I wouldn't give for someone to come in and clean my house every once in awhile....I would not feel guilty at all spending money on that as I never have time to do it.
