Saigie's Try

Saigie did a triathlon on Saturday.  I couldn't be prouder of her.  It was the Bridgeland Kids Triathlon. 


The distances were supposed to be one lap of swim in the pool, a 2 mile bike and a .5 mile run. 

Saige said they made her swim 100 meters like the big kids even though she kept, "trying to tell them."

At the finish line I waited for her and told her brothers it would be two more minutes before she got there.  Right when I said that she showed up and she was TRUCKIN'!! 


I was so happy for her accomplishment.  As was the rest of her athletic supporters.



 Shaye hollered for about thirty minutes straight.  It was the cutest thing.  "Go Saigie!!"



And remember no matter what the pesky brothers may claim about Saige's athletic prowess.  If it were easy, they would call it football!! :)
