We are in the midst of moving. I think moving is my new favorite thing to do. Right after teaching summer school and cleaning house........
I have ten days to get the rest of our stuff moved out of our house.
I have lived here for eleven years. Wow. I remember back in the good old days of college and shortly after where I moved every year or so and it seemed like most of my stuff was disposable.
Here is my MIL helping us out by wrapping up the grandfather clock The Coach's grandfather made. (Hey...Grandfather clock from Grandfather.)
This is Sweet Aunt's husband Kind Uncle. He is truly one of the kindest people you will ever meet on the earth. Here I have rewarded him by putting his booty on the the web. Nice of me, huh? Also we let him do the protective wrapping because we liked watching him get dizzy. I mean he has experience.
Organized chaos. Sweet Aunt and Kind Uncle gave us all their boxes. They recently moved to the same neighborhood we are moving to. In just three short months they will go from living way far away in cold Kansas City, to living about a block from us in the heat!
These boxes are ready for storage. They aren't going to move themselves.
I will miss you shoes. See you in August work clothes.
We will be homeless for a month while our house is being finished. Sweet Aunt and Kind Uncle are putting us up. They have plenty of room. They only have four boys themselves.
These two want to make sure they are not forgotten.
Actually it started as a joke and then I realized it really was easier not to trip over them if they were in a box. This end up!!
Fragile. Handle with care.
So that is what is going on here. Check out the happenings at some other blogs by visiting these blog hops.

I know we already follow each other but I was just stoppin' by from TTA to say thanks for linking up to the party. I was really surprised to be the hostess today, I hope you found lots of new blogs and followers.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the move. After 20 years of moving every 3-4 years I actually miss the not moving. I know I'm one of those weirdos that enjoy it.
